Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Direct Bank Transfers and Credit / Debit Cards. You can select your payment method at checkout. Payment terms apply. Please, note that we do NOT accept Western Union or MoneyGram transfers.
PayPal Payments
PayPal payments are available with a 10% processing fee over the grand total of your order. One of our employees will add the above fee to your order and send you a payment request via PayPal if you choose this payment method at checkout. To pay via PayPal, click the link in a payment request emailed to you, log in to your PayPal account if you have one and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your payment and/or use your credit/debit card to pay if you do not have a PayPal account. Please, note that eChecks take longer to clear so your order will be started once PayPal actually deposits your eCheck payment into our account.
Please, note that all PayPal payments are subject to the above fee. It includes transaction, currency conversion charges and local taxes that will collectively amount to 10% on top of the grand total of your order.
Direct Bank Transfers
Local bank transfers with no fees from our side are only available for US, UK, European and Australian customers.
For US customers, please be advised that your bank may charge a transaction fee when you pay directly into our US bank account. Contact your bank for more information on their fees.
Credit / Debit Card Payments
Credit or debit card payments are currently only available in US Dollars and Euro, with a 3% processing fee on top of the grand total of your order. This is our payment provider’s processing fee, not our fee.
Be advised that your bank might charge you an international transaction fee when you pay with your credit/debit card. Contact your bank for more information on their fees if the above fee is shown on your statement. We do not charge our customers any fees other than what’s shown on our website.
Discounts
Your order may qualify for a discount of up to 20% (twenty percent) depending on your order. Our personalized discounts are provided only if your order meets our quantity requirements for any type of discounts we might offer from time to time. The more boxes you order, the higher discount off our product prices you get. Shipping discounts are available on a case by case basis. Please select “Request a discount” option as your payment method at checkout.

Refunds prior to production
Please note that we do not offer free refunds. We will charge a 20% fee from the amount of your order to compensate the time and costs we spend on consultations, designer service, administration and payment processing fees that we incur as a result of your order. Moreover, we won’t process any refunds if you approve the proofs/3D visuals that we prepare for you because once you approve these proofs / 3D visuals, your order will be sent to our production team, so you can only request a refund as noted above before your order goes into production.
