The best part is that you can order a blend of various styles within this minimum order, as we offer a minimum order requirement of 5 boxes per size and color. If your order requirement is below 80 items, we can only reduce your order to 40 boxes. Kindly submit your order through our website for 80 items, nevertheless. To make things convenient, we do not require immediate payment on our website. Rest assured, all orders are currently processed manually, and we will send a payment request separately once we adjust your order and finalize your requirements. Please note that for any order below the prescribed minimum of 80 boxes, a one-time shipping fee will be applicable, which may range between 350 and 500 US Dollars based on the size of your boxes.
At Fleur Box, we offer a range of personalization options for our products. We understand that some of our customers may prefer plain boxes, which is why we do not include logo application in our product prices. However, should you wish to add a personalized touch, we do offer this service at an additional fee. We want to ensure that our pricing is fair for all customers, regardless of their personalization needs. To view the costs of logo application, we kindly request that you add this option to your order at checkout.
On our website, we make it abundantly clear that each order is tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We understand that finding your perfect fit is crucial, which is why we offer a custom size option with almost every product. In case you can't locate your size on our website, fret not. Simply select the closest size available and tap on "Size Customization" checkbox. Check that option, add the product to your cart, and proceed to checkout with confidence and ease because we won’t start your order without first creating mockups and getting your approval.
As part of our ordering process, we require a preprocessing lead time of three business days to create the product mock-ups for your order after payment is made. We understand the importance of your time and therefore, the timeframe you need to review and approve these box mock-ups is entirely at your discretion. However, we kindly request that this timeframe should not exceed 5 business days, to ensure timely placement of your order on our production schedule.
Please note, we can only proceed with your order after receiving your approval. Additionally, if you propose any edits or changes during the review process, we would require additional time to process them efficiently.
Manufacturing Lead Time – ten to fifteen business days (summer only), and twenty to twenty-five business days during busy seasons (including Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)
